About of CANBERRA Russia

CANBERRA Packard Trading Corporation (CPTC) Moscow office is responsible for full support in the former Soviet Union. It includes full sales, applications and service. We manage and support our sister company in the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania).

All of our technical employees have passed through extensive training at CANBERRA's USA headquarters. They are able to support the entire breadth of products produced by the corporation. This includes after sales service, training in the local language, installation of instruments and systems at customer sites.

CPTC is working very closely with the International Science Technical Center (ISTC) which provides financial and technical support to Russian Federal Nuclear Centers such as Arzamas-16, Dubna, Tomsk-7, Celyabinsk-70 and others.

The CISNER project, which is financed by Euratom (European Atomic Energy Community), is targeted to create an infrastructure including both equipment and fully trained Russian inspectors under the responsibility of GAN to provide safeguards and control of SNM in the northwestern region of Russia. This equipment includes several CANBERRA U/Pu InSpectors and active neutron counters.

CANBERRA equipment has been selected for this and other important international projects.
