Free
Updates for in-warranty (one year) Customers . . .
currently at Version 7.04c, March 16, 2005 - If you
want Free Updates for your existing CANBERRA Co. analytical
software, request a disk from us or download the proper
patch file from the table below. Click below to download
the appropriate free upgrades for your existing CANBERRA
Co. software. If you do not have Version 6.31, Release
16 or greater, that indicates that your upgrade period
is over, contact Sales for upgrade
assistance. You can find your release number under
the Help, About on any CANBERRA Co. program menu bar.
Things
to watch out for before running the patch:
- Make sure that all CANBERRA Co. applications are closed before applying the patch.
- Download and please read the appropriate patching instructions.
- Note that Version 7.00.01(and up)does not support the obsolete Series 2000, 3000 or 4000 MCArds. If you have one of these, you will need to upgrade your old MCArds for an appropriate Series 5000 MCArd. Contact Sales if you need to do this. Remember, DO NOT apply the patches if you have one of these obsolete boards.
- You only have to download the patch (or patches) above your existing release. Only files of the appropriate software will be updated. New files will always get added into the directory that you selected originally.
