 CANBERRA is pleased to announce the HIS-20 Users’ Group will be held May 20th-22nd, 2008 at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
This FREE annual meeting provides an ideal forum where HIS-20 users and Canberra HIS-20 staff can exchange valuable product, service and application information.
The final agenda is evolving but these are some topics that are currently at the top of the list:
- Lost or damaged TLD functionality
- What are all the available qualifications for RCA entry
- Declare Pregnant Workers and Protected Workers functionality
- Fixing operational problems:
- What should I do when I deactivate someone by mistake
- What do I do after I deactivate someone and they return back for more monitoring?
- Recovering from monitoring on wrong SSN
- Multibadge mistakes
- Looking at HIS-20 from an IT role
- Open discussion on how you do document control

Parking garage is operated by Town Park, which connects to the Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel. Current parking garage prices for overnight guests are $20.00 daily for self-parking. Parking rates are subject to change without notice and prevailing rates will apply at the time of the meeting.
There is a Gray Line shuttle from the downtown hotels. The cost round trip is $20.00. A taxi is about $25.00 each way. The airport is only 8 miles so it is about a 15-20 minute drive.
