Description

- Wide range of active areas (up to 1600 mm²); thickness 6 mm.

- Gold front entrance window: nominal 2000 A equivalent Si.

- Lithium back contact: 300 µm equivalent Si.

- Gold plated circular brass can with rear axial Microdot connector for LEC series.

- Gold plated rectangular brass mount with rear axial. Microdot connector for LER series.

Note- These detectors are built to order .Typical delivery time is 3-5 months.
