Introduction
Chromatogram-2000 is a software package to perform Chromatography analysis, particularly Medical Chromatography or “Thin Layer Chromatography”.
The software provides a reliable and unique way of measurements stored into “Protocols” assuring in such a way the repeatability and unique-way of measurements.
Two modules compose the software:
- ChromatogramDB and
- Chromatogram-2000
In Chromatogram-2000 all elements related to the analysis are organized and stored in an unique common database. In such a way different parameters or elements are called by the software at any time or step in the analysis. This common data space has been built as a structured Database of MS Access format.
The ChromatogramDB is the software for maintaining and organizing the Chromatogram-2000 database.
The module Chromatogram-2000 performs the Chromatogram analysis in all its steps:
- control of the acquisition and scanning hardware.
- spectral data acquisition and display.
- spectrum manipulation and storage.
- spectrum analysis and report.
- Database storage and log of results.
