Description
The Sirius-6 contamination monitor ensures the simultaneous control of the alpha and beta/gamma non contamination for each hand and foot of a person leaving a controlled area.The device comes as a self-contained set with foot detectors, a column containing the gas circuit and the electronics, and an upper-part with the hand detectors and the color display monitor.
The six large proportional detectors, 2 x 2 detectors for the hands and two detectors for the feet, are equipped with proximity detectors.
The control is carried out automatically and an audible signal warns of a possible contamination. The contaminated area is clearly indicated on the color display monitor (left hand, right hand, left foot, right foot icons), as well as the source of the contamination and its value under an analog and digital form.
A detachable keyboard associated with a user-friendly software allows to setup and control the machine easily.
As an option, a mobile probe may be added to monitor clothing.
