GEMINI Surveillance System

GEMINI is a modular, digital, network-capable system for secure, unattended visual surveillance. The GEMINI system is housed within a tamper-proof enclosure that attaches to standard MIVS wall mounts. Each enclosure contains two independent surveillance units. Each unit contains three primary components:

1. A camera unit which captures and authenticates images.
2. A system control unit that processes and stores acquired data.
3. A power management unit.

These three components comprise what is collectively referred to as a Surveillance Unit.

The GEMINI has four inputs for external trigger devices. Activation of an external trigger device causes a picture to be taken immediately, and the trigger event is noted and recorded along with the time and date of the trigger.

GEMINI can also automatically dial a preset modem number to remotely announce the occurrence of an event or simply report its “state-of-health” on a regular basis. Stored images are reviewed with the General Advanced Review Software, sold separately.
