General Information:The Advanced Eclipse class is designed for users who have previously completed the basic Eclipse SU-800-3 class, and have extensive working knowledge of Eclipse. A review of the basic course is presented to re-familiarize students with the concepts presented in the basic class. During the review, the focus of the course goes deeper into what is happening "behind the scenes." Time is spent examining the Microsoft Access database learning how Eclipse data is stored. In addition, new software features and functionality will be covered.

Seagate Crystal Reports is discussed in-depth during the class. Multiple versions of Crystal reports will be presented. Crystal reports syntax, formula editing, and advanced features will be discussed. Attendees are encouraged to bring copies of their custom reports to be worked on in class.

As with the basic course, "hands on" learning is encouraged, both with the hardware and the software. Hardware varies by location, but typically includes vintage Tennelec systems as well as state of the art systems.

Attendees are encouraged to provide feedback as to how Eclipse is currently being used in their labs, and what changes should be made in the future. Every class is different since the class is tailored to the needs of the companies represented.
